Its a Gas!
Matter, matter everywhere. Let's take a closer look at the amazing properties of gases.
Review the three common states of matter (solids, liquids, and gases), and then take deep dive into a show that puts the spotlight on gases. We will explore physical changes, air pressure, colorful gases and...marshmallows? I have always wondered what happens to marshmallows if you put them in a vacuum chamber.
Chemical Reactions
It is a time for a classic. Let's get some chemicals mixing together for some incredible chemical reactions.
In this exciting show, we will explore a variety of different kinds of chemical reactions all around. Learn why ice melt is so good at keeping the roads clear of snow or how that some reactions can glow in the dark. We will even create a bubbling toothpaste and light some bubbles on fire.
Combustion
It is time to heat things up with a show all about fire!
We will explore how the chemical reaction that results in fire, and about the fire triangle to help us better understand how to be safe. In addition to some chemical reactions, we will also learn about how fireworks get all those amazing colors in the sky. Green fire anyone?
